High Protein

High protein doesn't have to mean tons of meat. While there's nothing wrong with eating meat sometimes, it's only included up to a few times a week in the heart healthiest diets in the world.

That's why our recipes focus on delicious, whole plants foods that are naturally high in protein. We also love a little Greek yogurt here and there! These recipes are all low in cholesterol, saturated fat, and sodium, while simultaneously being high in fiber, protein, and vitamins and minerals.
