High Vitamin K

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that is essential for good heart health. Its main function is to help the blood clot properly. However, vitamin K also plays an important role in the formation of bone and muscle fibers, and may help prevent calcification of arteries, thereby reducing the risk of coronary artery disease.

Important! If you are on a blood thinner, make sure to talk to your doctor before eating more or less high vitamin K foods!
