Low Sodium

Eating too much salt is well known to cause blood pressure issues. While we need some sodium, almost everyone consumes far more than needed, and it adds up quickly, because it's so darn delicious, and because it's easy to disguise in some foods.

This selection of low sodium recipes can help you get on the right low sodium path to heart health. We rely on naturally delicious herbs, spices, and other ingredients to boost flavor, while still keeping our recipes low sodium.
