Add all ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until oatmeal is cooked and thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.

Microwave instructions: Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, and cook on high for about 2 ½ - 3 minutes. Watch that it doesn't boil over.Overnight oats instructions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar, cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
