Ingredients

Mangoes,
peeled and chopped (about 3 cups cubes)

can
(20 oz) Pineapple in 100% Juice (use chunks and juice)

Water

piece of Fresh Ginger
peeled

Fresh Lemon Juice
(6 oz - from about 3 Lemons)
Instructions
Add the mangoes, pineapple chunks and juice, water, and ginger to a blender, and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a large pitcher, and add lemon juice.
Stir to combine, and refrigerate until chilled.
Serve cold over ice.
