Garlic Potato Wedges in the Oven
If you need a simple, but delicious, potato recipe, this is it! Garlic Potato Wedges in the oven are easy, and require only a few ingredients. Perfect as a side for burgers, over salads, or all by themselves!

small-medium Yellow Potatoes

Olive Oil

Garlic Powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each potato in 6-8 wedges, depending on the size of the potato (cut in half, and then cut each half into 3-4 wedges).
Place the potatoes onto the baking sheet, and drizzle with oil, garlic, and salt. Toss.
Bake about 30-45 minutes, tossing several times to brown all sides of the wedges evenly.
Serve immediately.
