Easy, quick, and tasty way to prepare tofu. My whole family loves it this way, and I know yours will too!
Sprinkle half the lemon pepper and half the garlic on each side of the tofu slices.
Heat oil in a large pan. When hot, add the tofu and lightly fry for about 5 minutes on each side, until crispy.
Serve hot, with steamed vegetables and brown rice for a complete meal fast!
