1can(15 oz) Low Sodium Chickpeas, drained, with liquid reserved
2tablespoonOlive Oil
1tablespoonLemon Juice
1Garlic clove,minced
1teaspoonCumin
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except the reserved chickpea liquid, to the food processor.
Begin processing on high, and pour the chickpea liquid into the processor, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached. You probably will not use all the liquid.
