Ingredients
1cupOld Fashioned Oats
1cupchopped, pitted Dates
½cupRaisins
¼cupSesame seeds
¼cupPumpkin seeds (pepitas)
¼cupslivered Almonds
¼cupchopped Pecans
¼cupHemp seeds
⅔cupPumpkin puree
1tablespoonLemon juice
1teaspoonVanilla extract
1teaspoonPumpkin pie spice
½teaspoonCinnamon
(Optional) 2-3 tablespoon Maple Syrup or Honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Transfer to a baking sheet, and spread thin.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes, until mixture is dry and crispy, but not burned.
