Ingredients

Chickpeas,
drained and rinsed

can
Hominy (yellow or white),
drained
16
oz
Frozen Broccoli
2
Carrots,
chopped
3
tablespoon
Minced Garlic
(9 cloves)

tablespoon
Sundried Tomatoes in Oil,
minced

tablespoon
Olive Oil
2
teaspoon
Dried Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper, combine all ingredients well.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until broccoli begins to get dark spots on it (or until desired doneness is reached).
