10ozFresh or Frozen Strawberries, hulls removed and chopped(thawed if frozen)

1cupUnsweetened soy milk)(or your choice)
¼cupUnsweetened cocoa powder
3tablespoonchia seeds
3tablespoon100% pure maple syrup

Instructions
Place all strawberry pudding ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend on high speed until smooth. Divide among 4 bowls.
Rinse blender.
Place all chocolate pudding ingredients in high speed blender, and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour in the bowls on top of the strawberry pudding.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least an hour.
Notes
Note: If your pudding looks watery in the blender, it may not set up properly. Add another 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds and blend it again until it resembles the consistency of a thin smoothie.
