Tropical Mango Lemonade is so refreshing, and practically screams summer. With no added sweeteners, you can feel good about drinking as much as you like, too! We used a delicious combination of fresh, ripe mangoes, and pineapple canned in its own juice to give us all the island vibes and allow us to avoid added sugar. No need for that here!Jump to Recipe

In and of itself, added sugars aren’t going to destroy your health. But we get into trouble when we consume too much of it – extra calories, heart disease, weight gain, and sugar “cravings” are just a few issues that could arise. Learn more in my video about sugar.
Yes, just make sure it’s not lemon juice concentrate. It’s fine if it says it’s made from lemon juice concentrate, though.
Yep! Thaw them first (unless you want frozen lemonade – which would be delicious!), and use 3 cups.
I strongly recommend using ripe to very ripe mangoes for this. The riper they are, the sweeter they are. If your mangoes aren’t so ripe, you can use a bit of honey or other sweetener if you want, but try to wait for ripe mangoes! 🙂
Instead of using fresh mango, use frozen mango. Or chop up your fresh mango and freeze it first. Follow the instructions as written otherwise.
I recommend serving this as a refreshing pick-me-up on scorching Summer days, or serve with a meal of poached white fish with mango salsa and creamy banana coconut rice and beans!
