Hi! I’m Laura Yautz, Registered Dietitian and self-proclaimed foodie in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I’m passionate about food and I love to eat! I love cooking healthy and delicious meals for my family. It’s fun for me to modify not-so-healthy recipes so they can support health, rather than destroy it. And of course, there’s always a little wiggle room for something special!
